STRATEGI GURU AGAMA HINDU DALAM PENANGGULANGAN PERILAKU MENYIMPANG SISWA DI SMK PARIWISATA PGRI UBUD KABUPATEN GIANYAR

Abstract


One of the problems faced by the Indonesian nation in the world of education is the low quality of education at every level and unit of education and the decline of ethical morals of students so that the occurrence of deviant behavior. The problems raised in this research is how the role of Hindu religious teachers in the prevention of deviant behavior, and the forms of prevention by Hindu religious teachers in dealing with deviant behavior on the students of SMK Tourism PGRI Ubud Gianyar regency. In dealing with the need to deviate the necessary teachers competent and professional, because in this school students will plunge in the world of tourism both local and international, therefore it takes a good attitude.

From the research that has been done, then get the result (1) The role of teacher of Hindu religion in handling deviant behavior on student at SMK Tourism PGRI Ubud Gianyar Regency covers the role of teacher as planner, where teacher planning lesson through making RPP, then teacher as implementation, where teacher In performing their duties have roles such as a) educator and teacher, b) model or role model, c) motivator, d) facilitator, e) mentor and coach. Furthermore, the teachers as assessors (2) The forms of prevention conducted by Hindu religious teachers in dealing with deviant behavior on the students of SMK Tourism PGRI Ubud Gianyar Regency covering the strategy through IntraKulikuler activities in this activity students are taught according to the applicable curriculum. Kokurikuler activities, in this activity students are given tasks that support the curriculum, and Extracurricular Activities this activity is done outside of school hours and this activity supports the interests and talents of students at school.
